St John’s Lane

This six-storey office building in Farringdon required scaffolding for a full modernisation project. The building was stripped back to allow for a new layout, window replacement, demolition of roof and plant areas and an additional fifth floor and roof area added. Despite it’s close proximity to the bustling centre of London, this quiet corner houses many residents and offices so we needed to be mindful of our impact on the local area and kept noise under control, whilst maintaining an open line of communication with the community and listening to any concerns.
