The stunning home of the Institute of Directors at 116 Pall Mall was to undergo repairs and redecoration to the neoclassical façade. Hawk were asked to provide access for these sensitive and skilled upgrades on all three sides of the John Nash designed Grade 1 listed building. Being in such a central and prominent location was joyous but challenging given the tight restrictions, logistical considerations, high footfall and live beehive in the basement, not to mention the care needed when working on a 200 year old building. It’s a project we’re very proud to be involved with.
