Berkeley Square

We were tasked with providing demolition scaffold to the building formerly known as Berger House, located at 36-38 Berkeley Square. The demolition of this huge office block is to be replaced with a brand new cutting edge, sustainable office development, terrace gardens and a 9000 sq ft retail and gallery space. Working in well heeled Mayfair was a beautiful location for us and we worked hard to keep noise and vibration to a minimum for the local residents and office workers in close proximity. Operating during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic presented its own challenges onsite, with a review of safe working methods and PPE, but the whole site team pulled together to deliver the project on time and safely.
