South Molton Street

Mayfair, London

A significant regeneration project in Mayfair, London, providing new offices, housing, restaurants and cafés, plus enhanced community and leisure spaces. The scaffold package required a temporary roof, intricate multifaceted scaffold elevations and beam sections to the rear and a long-running independent to the front. This is to enable historic building façade retention and extensive renovation works bringing the street back to life and enhancing its spaces, whilst retaining the unique character of the area. Running directly off Oxford Street, this busy central London location naturally threw up logistical challenges, with heavy pedestrian footfall and narrow streets, so careful planning and thorough health and safety management were key.
