Refurbishment

The environmental race to net zero has seen more and more commercial properties being repurposed and refurbished in an effort to reduce a sites carbon footprint and keep waste out of landfill. Where once a building was demolished to make way for new build, we are now seeing a shift towards working with a buildings original skeleton to make something better and more energy efficient. Heritage

Hawk are specialists in working with heritage projects, such as Grade 2 listed buildings and conservation sites across the UK. The nature of restoration programmes requires a high level of expertise and knowledge.
